Trying to Be a Better Mechanic/Craftsman while Upgrading My DT Swiss Hub

Let's be clear, I am not a pro mechanic. I've worked a garage when I was in high school, but I am not a real deal mechanic. What I am is interested in becoming better at any craft I pursue. So while upgrading my Star Ratchet on my DT Swiss hubs I thought that I would talk a little about points that I've learned in my life that had a profound impact on my progression in many different fields or endeavors.
