How to Get Your Bike to S.T.F.U.

Last time on Lunch Ride I installed a Fox Factory Transfer dropper post to help quiet down the ride. Well, I isolated another cause of clatter: the cables running through the down tube. While they do have a little bit of foam around the housing, they are still making enough noise for me to think there could be improvement.
